Bullseye Power Turbochargers Launches CAT ACERT Twin Titanium TCT Turbo Upgrades — Up to 1500 HP with OEM-Like Driveability

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

January 16, 2026

Muskegon, MI — Bullseye Power Turbochargers, a proud American-made and veteran-owned leader in diesel and on-highway (OTR) turbocharging, has unveiled its newest innovation for CAT ACERT-equipped trucks: the CAT ACERT Twin / Compound Titanium TCT Turbo Upgrades, delivering 1000 to 1500 horsepower with cooler exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), reduced smoke, and the reliable drivability Bullseye is known for.

Engineered as a drop-in compound turbo upgrade, these twins offer a direct path to big power without the complexity of a single-turbo conversion. Designed for both hard-working commercial trucks and high-performance builds, the upgrade provides cooler EGTs, faster spool, and OEM-level refinement across the powerband.

“When fuel gets turned up, factory ACERT twins tend to run hot and smoky,” said David Hall, Bullseye Turbo Engineer. “Our TCT twins are purpose-built to fix that — delivering clean power, lower heat, and long-term reliability for owners who demand more from their CAT engines.”

Performance and Durability Through Innovation

Bullseye’s Titanium TCT compressor wheel technology sets this kit apart from conventional upgrades. The high-pressure turbo retains the OEM-style titanium compressor wheel, providing strength and fatigue resistance under extreme boost while improving airflow and efficiency. This results in lower charge-air temps, better responsiveness, and dependable power under load.

The system’s larger turbine wheel design further reduces drive pressure and EGTs at high output, ensuring a stable, efficient compound setup that performs as well on long pulls as it does on the dyno.

Two Power Packages Available

  • Up to 1000 HP: 78 mm high-pressure turbo with an 88 mm low-pressure turbo — ideal for high-power daily drivers and workhorses.

  • Up to 1500 HP: 80 mm high-pressure turbo with a 95 mm low-pressure turbo — built for aggressive performance setups while maintaining compound reliability.

Both packages are sold as complete matched sets for $7,999, providing a cost-effective alternative to single-turbo conversions that often require custom fabrication and additional parts.
