Just when you think it can’t get any crazier, it does. The ingenuity and engineering in the performance industry seems to get better and better daily. Dave Sidaway owns a 1948 Ford Anglia Panel Van also known as the Fordson. The Fordson is quite the unique vehicle to begin with but lets talk about this build. It’s a full tube chassis build with custom all aluminum body panels to fit the unique changes for this setup. The Fordson runs in a very specific class in the UK called the Outlaw Angila with a max of 101” Wheelbase. Packed under the hood is a 540BBC with Twin 83mm Bullseye Power Turbochargers making it the only Twin Turbo Fordson in the world. The Fordson makes around 2500-2800 HP on this setup and is shooting for low 7s. Dave is shooting to have the fastest Fordson in the world. We can expect good things from this!
