- This form MUST accompany all turbochargers shipped to Bullseye Power. Failure to include this form will incur a $50 charge.
- All turbochargers shipped to Bullseye Power MUST be assembled with both compressor cover and turbine housing.
- All oil fittings, gaskets, silicone hoses, clamps, and other non-original equipment MUST be removed prior to shipping.
- Failure to do so will incur an additional $50 service charge.
Returns Must be Shipped Directly To Bullseye Power
All returns, repairs, and upgrades must be accompanied by the original Bullseye Power receipt and Return Authorization Form. Turbochargers must be shipped complete with both housings or they will not be serviced. Bullseye Power will not be responsible for damaged wheels that occur during shipping on incomplete turbo shipments. Please remove all oil feed and drain fittings, gaskets and silicone hoses before shipment. Returns for credit must be in unused condition and will not be accepted after 10 days from the original date of purchase and are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
Inspection Fee
Turbochargers sent to Bullseye Power for inspection require a $100 inspection fee, which must be paid prior to sending any turbocharger to Bullseye Power.
Incomplete turbos will not be serviced; Remove all non-original equipment
Batteries, Chargers, and Electrical Components
All electronic components are FINAL SALE and returns will not be accepted. Please contact the manufacturer.
Shipping and Payment
All packages within the USA are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground, unless expedited shipping is requested by the customer. Rush shipments are subject to additional charges and may not be available to certain zip codes. A strict 12:00PM deadline is enforced for orders requiring overnight shipment. All shipments are fully insured. It is the responsibility of the receiver to report any shortages or discrepancies to Bullseye Power within 3 days of receipt of a shipment. Damage must be reported to the carrier (FedEx or UPS) immediately after receipt of a shipment. Keep all packaging materials for any possible inspection required by the carrier. Customer credit cards are not charged until the order is ready for shipment, with the exception of custom or special orders. Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance required upon completion.
Holds
Beginning Jan 1, 2022, turbocharger units sent in to our facility for upgrade or repair will be held for a maximum of 30 days from our inspection report’s date of completion. The customer will be required, at the 30 day mark, to place an order for upgrade or repair, or freight for the return of the turbo to the customer.
